Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge or invoice sent of 35% of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge or invoice of 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No call no shows will result in a charge or invoice for 75% of the scheduled service, plus a deposit required when scheduling future appointments. You will not be rescheduled until this no show fee is paid.
More than one no call no show will result in no longer being scheduled in my books.
